Holly Behr Marlowe
Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
Holly completed her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing from Lander University in 2011 and pursued a career as a Registered Nurse for 8 years. She has worked in various areas of medicine including Medical-Surgical and Trauma/Neuro/Surgical Intensive Care, which created a strong foundation and understanding of how the body works. Graduating in 2018 with her Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina, she realized that her skillset and desire to help people could be better utilized outside of the acute care setting and began her career as a Nurse Practitioner at Advanced Medical Solutions in 2020.
‘I enjoy my work here at AMS for several reasons. I love that while we all work hard, my coworkers foster an environment that makes it fun. I also have a deep appreciation for the relationships that I am able to create with our patients. Most importantly I love doing what I do because of how incredible it is to be a small part of alleviating people’s pain and getting them back to the life they want to live.’
In her spare time, Holly enjoys doing projects, golfing, fishing and spending time with her husband, Will, and all of their fur-babies.
Tom Szewczyk
Physical Therapist MPT
Tom was educated for Physical Therapy initially in Warsaw, Poland. He earned Advanced Education in Manual Therapy Techniques in Perth, Western Australia where he worked and lived for 10 years before deciding to explore the USA.
As a Physical Therapist Tom knows the value of physical activity to keep the body and mind in optimal health. “I love interacting and working with people, helping them with recovery from all sorts of injuries, that is ultimately why I chose my lifelong career in Physical Therapy 42 years ago.”
In Tom’s spare time he enjoys staying active with regular biking, swimming and weight training. Along with interests in world history and collecting stamps.
Stephanie Pierson
Office Manager & Administration
Stephanie graduated from Blue Ridge Community College in 2015 with an associate degree for Applied Science in Health Care Professions and her Phlebotomy Certification.
She then went on to get her CCHT for dialysis and her license to sell insurance. In 2021 she started at AMS as the Front Desk and now is Office Manager.

Stephanie enjoys spending time with her fiancé Billy, children, grandchildren and all her fur babies. She also loves spending time at the beach.

Erin Hell
Medical Scribe
Erin attended Horry-Georgetown Technical College and graduated in 2017 with an Associate degree in Allied Health Science and certifications which included phlebotomy, as well as cyber security. Erin works as a part-time medical scribe and quality control for billing at Advanced Medical Solutions. Erin is also a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor working part-time at Core Fitness Club in Myrtle Beach and privately with various individuals around the Myrtle Beach area.
Erin enjoys working out, helping others get fit, spending time with her dog, Bella and getting involved in arts and craft projects and activities. She also enjoys going out to the many tantalizing dining spots in the Myrtle Beach area, spending time with friends and travelling to many different beautiful places with her husband, Skully.
